An exciting start to 2026.

The entire church refers to this sweet lady as "grandma." She brings snacks to fuel all the littles each week. She, like many members of our church family, is the only believer in her family, and has jumped into church community readily. So amazing to see God's work in her life!

This month, it was so fun to have some special visitors with us! Jeremy (Ryan's brother) and his wife, Elle (and Elle's sweet parents!), came to spend a few days with us this month. It was so precious to have this time together. Family is a gift!

An exciting new aspect of life for us has been hiring Bee to come help clean the house and interact with the girls (in hopes of boosting their language learning!) two mornings per week. During our initial interview with her, we brought up the topic of religion, and she readily stated that although she is Buddhist, she had been given a tract and a small Bible when she was younger and is very interested in Christianity. She has read through the New Testament Bible she was given several times already and has a lot of questions regarding Christianity. She is truly seeking and hungry for the truth. Since that initial conversation, we have been able to talk often and openly with her about the gospel, and gave her a full Bible which she has been reading on her own. I (Sheree) plan to read the Bible with her weekly while she is at our house, and we are continually amazed and praising the Lord for the openness we see in her. Her parents are not happy about her interest in Christianity, which continues to be a challenge for her. Please join us in praying for the Spirit's work in her life, and ultimately for her salvation!

This month has held quite a bit of change for Sauced & Tossed as well! We are in the process of adding a new full time employee to our team, so this month has consisted of quite a few interviews and a trial period with two different people. We think we found a good fit with one young lady, so are hopeful to keep her on at the end of her trial period. We continue to see sales increase and our customer base grow, which is something we praise God for. 

PRAISES & PRAYER REQUESTS:

- praise the Lord for bringing Bee into our lives and for the work He is already doing in her. Pray that she will grow in understanding of the gospel and will repent and believe in Christ.

- praise the Lord for the work He is doing in Sauced & Tossed, providing a new team member and growing our business. Pray for grace and endurance for Ryan as he manages the business and keeps up with the intense pace it demands.

- pray for salvation for our girls, and for wisdom in parenting them.
