Moments from March.

We are just on the brink of hot season in Udon Thani, and our three mango trees are bursting with tiny mangos!

At the beginning of March, Sauced & Tossed hosted our first community event: a men's invitational basketball tournament. This was Ryan's project, and it was so fun to see it all come to fruition. We had a good turnout and it was fun to see the response that it generated. There was opportunity for a public gospel share during the kickoff as well, which we were thankful for and look forward to future connections with those who participated.

This month, the women in our church started a Bible study together! We are going through a book called "Biblical Theology" that was actually translated into Thai by one of our church members. It has been amazing to grow together in understanding what Biblical theology is and how to read the Bible with a correct framework. The young lady second from the end on the right actually stayed after Bible study last week and after much conversation, decided to commit her life to the Lord. So thankful to see the way God is working within our church community!

All the girls' motorbikes parked outside of our house for Bible study. ✨

This month, we were also asked to share some of our story with a group of college students from a neighboring province that our church was hosting for a retreat. As they prepare to graduate from college and enter the workplace, we were asked to share what it means to be an active part of the church body as a working person, as well as how to see work as a tool for glorifying Christ. Thankful for this opportunity!

We were blessed to have friends from the states visit us towards the end of March! It was such a blessing to be with Daniel and Shana and explore together what the spiritual and cultural landscape of Thailand is. It is always an encouragement to our faith to spend time around those who are living lives of surrender and service to the Lord!

A picture from our team dinner this month. We were sad that this was our last month with Boy, the last of our employees we hired at the initial onset of Sauced & Tossed. He has truly been a rock for us in the ups and downs of getting a start-up off the ground, and it is a huge loss for us personally to see him go! He recently graduated and will be starting work as a teacher in these next few weeks.

PRAISES & PRAYER REQUESTS:

- praise God for working in Nam's heart (the girl from Bible study) and bringing her to a point of repentance and surrender to Christ! Pray for her to grow in love for and understanding of God as she begins her walk with Him.

- pray for smooth travels and a sweet time of connection with friends and family in the states next month! We will be flying to Georgia this Tuesday, and then after two weeks there will fly to Illinois for another two weeks. We look forward to seeing many of you during our time in America!

- we would love continued prayers regarding the future of Sauced & Tossed for our family. We continue to see it as a strategic ministry tool, but are also needing wisdom regarding longterm sustainability from a business, and personal, standpoint.

"Now may the God of peace himself sanctify you completely, and may your whole spirit and soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ." (1 Thessalonians 5:23)
